You have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within 30 days after receiving the item, without stating a reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, get physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us with an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) sent by us for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it suffices to send your notice about your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will be refunded for all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you have made the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed; anyhow, you will not be charged for any costs for such refund.
We can delay reimbursing you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day-period has expired. We will pay the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
