Can I still change or cancel an order?

1. Not yet sent As long as your order has not yet been shipped (announced via a shipping email), you can change or cancel your order by contacting us. 2. Already Sent Has your order already been shipped? In that case it suffices to refuse the order at the door upon delivery; it will automatically be sent back to us. You also have 30 days to return your order free of charge if you do not wish to keep it. Your items must be unused or unopened.

When will I be refunded after canceling?

As soon as your cancellation has been processed, we will refund you. Payment depends on your payment method. Maestro or Bancontac t: within five working days Bank transfe r: you no longer have to pay. Already paid? Then we will refund you within five working days. Credit card (MasterCard, Visa) : the reservation will be cancelled. Your purchase will not appear on your credit card statement. Has it already been charged? Then we'll provide you with a credit on your next statement of expenses.
