Who delivers my package?

We work together with the courier company GLS or a local transport company (for pallet orders).

When will I receive my order?

We will send you an e-mail with every step of the ordering process. You'll get an email when we pack your order and we'll send you an email with a Track & Trace code when we ship your order. Your order will be delivered in a maximum of 5 working days after payment, but the process is often a lot faster. In the event of unexpected changes to the delivery date, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Can you delivered my order to a different address?

Yes. You just need to add a delivery address that is different from your billing address when filling in your details. To do this, check the option "Send to a different address" in the ordering process. On the next page you can fill in an alternative delivery address.

Can I pick up my order at a pickup point?

Standard shipments are always made to a personal/business address. After the packet has been sent out, you will get a Track & Trace link, and with this link you can change the destination to another address or a GLS ParcelShop in your area. You can pick up the package there the next working day.

Can I choose the delivery date?

You cannot choose this in advance, but it is possible to change the delivery date as soon as the shipment has left our shop. We will provide you with a Track & Trace code so you can track the delivery of your order online. You can use this code to postpone the delivery of the order and enter a new date. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a message in your mailbox with further instructions for a new delivery attempt.

What are the repair costs of my item?
