Orders of €50 or more are sent free of charge. For orders under € 50, € 10 shipping costs will be added.

Shipping and delivery

Q: Who delivers my package?

We work together with the courier company GLS or a local transport company (for pallet orders).

Q: When will I receive my order?

We will send you an e-mail with every step of the ordering process. You'll get an email when we pack your order and we'll send you an email with a Track & Trace code when we ship your order. Your order will be delivered in a maximum of 5 working days after payment, but the process is often a lot faster. In the event of unexpected changes to the delivery date, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Q: Can you delivered my order to a different address?

Yes. You just need to add a delivery address that is different from your billing address when filling in your details. To do this, check the option "Send to a different address" in the ordering process. On the next page you can fill in an alternative delivery address.

Q: Can I pick up my order at a pickup point?

Standard shipments are always made to a personal/business address. After the packet has been sent out, you will get a Track & Trace link, and with this link you can change the destination to another address or a GLS ParcelShop in your area. You can pick up the package there the next working day.

Q: Can I choose the delivery date?

You cannot choose this in advance, but it is possible to change the delivery date as soon as the shipment has left our shop. We will provide you with a Track & Trace code so you can track the delivery of your order online. You can use this code to postpone the delivery of the order and enter a new date. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a message in your mailbox with further instructions for a new delivery attempt.

Q: Can you deliver an order outside Belgium?

No. Brandbeveiligingshop.be is a Belgian webshop aimed at Belgian individuals and companies. We only deliver in Belgium. The reason for this is that fire protection regulations differ from country to country. A fire extinguisher approved for the Belgian market is not necessarily approved for another foreign market. If for any reason you do need Belgian items abroad, please contact our customer service department to see if we can help you.

Q: What is a Track & Trace code?

Each order is sent with a tracking code. This allows you to follow the shipment online. This tracking code can be found in the shipping email. Just click on the link in that mail to see where your order is.

Q: I can't find my order using the Track & Trace code

It is possible that, after clicking on the Track & Trace link from your shipping email, you will receive the following notification (or something of the like): "No shipments were found for this combination". That's the combination of the code and the postcode of the town where the order is to be delivered. This notification can be caused by the fact that the courier company has not yet processed the Track & Trace code. In that case, you can check the status of your order later in the day or the next working day. Is it still not working then? Do not hesitate to contact us !

Q: What happens if I'm not at home during delivery?

The courier will deliver your order the next day or will to the neighbour. You will get a card in the mailbox with more details about the unsuccessful delivery attempt. You can also use this card to contact the courier service to make a new appointment for delivery. You can also use the Track & Trace link of your order to change the delivery address or delivery date or have the package delivered to a GLS ParcelShop where you can pick it up yourself. You will receive the Track & Trace email separately from GLS after your order has been sent.
